Pumpkin Patch Pictures

Every year our church has a lot of pumpkins delivered on a big 18wheeler. The front lawn of our church is turned into a pumpkin patch. The church members take turns volunteering at various time slots during the 3 weeks.

Yesterday was our morning. I was a bit nervous of keeping them out of trouble, yet doing my job, for 2 hours. So I took their little folding table & chairs, crayons, notebooks, and of course food. They actually did really well. I was exhausted when we got back, but only because I had to really watch them the entire time. I couldn't let up at all. Our church lawn is on the edge of a very busy street.

Here are a few picture. I took A LOT! The fourth picture reminds me of a political campaign! Hopefully this is not a foreshadowing of their future plans. Oh, and Ben was a little grumpy at picture time.
