We had a pretty relaxing weekend. On Saturday we worked on potty training. Let's just say we're not done with diapers by a long shot. We took them outside and let them play a bit before lunch. Oh they had fun. What an imagination they have developed! They play in the dirt and tell me they are making cookies. Then they will pick up the watering hose and pretend to wash my car, their ride-on-toys, they even pretend to put gas in my car (which I didn't even know they knew about).
Somehow most of this post disappeared. How did that happen? Joyous.
So here's the condensed version: we had a luncheon at church today. The boys ate and then they played with the basketballs. Seth loved wearing his "go wolfpack" pants (they were red) and his "Sunday shoes". Ben has a cold. His nose is runny. They had so much fun playing at church today they took a 3 hour nap!
Favorite activities include looking for stopsigns and looking at the moon. Oh the joy of being little boys!
And now it is past bedtime. Tuesday is a holiday for the husband (yay!) so we might try the potty training again. Don't hold your breath waiting to hear the results.
